Policies

In order to ensure a quality learning experience, we will not crowd or overbook our classes.  Early enrollment is very important as our classes fill up quickly.  By enrolling early your place in the class is guaranteed and we encourage you to sign up to secure a seat!  In order to guarantee a seat in any class, payment in full must be received prior to the beginning of the class.

All Students will be provided with a calculator and a highlighter at the start of the class. You may bring your own calculator, but it must be the silent type and cannot be a financial calculator such as the "HP 12-C" or have a tape. 

A transfer fee of $25 will be charged for any student who registers for a class and requests to transfer for any portion or all of another class offered at a later date.  Not all transfer requests can be accommodated as the requested class may be full, but every effort will be made to assist the student to successfully complete the chosen course(s). No refund shall be made for any course or material.

Recording devices of any kind are prohibited.

Any cell phone or pager that emits any type of sound in the classroom is prohibited. 

All instructors have the authority to eject any student from the class if  it appears that the student is distracting or compromising the class in any fashion.

Students are asked to bring only necessary items into the classroom.  Items that result in clutter or discomfort to other students should be left outside the classroom. Laptop computers, briefcases and suitcases should not be brought into class.

Our classes cover large amounts of material in a short period of time.  Students who are tardy or miss classes may not receive the required number of classroom hours and therefore may not be eligible to sit for the examination.

 A $50 fee will be assessed for any payment that is found to be insufficient, whether by check or credit card.

In the unlikely event that a student would not pass the State test, the student may, one time, attend all or part of any 24 hour class scheduled at no charge if space is available.
