This course is for the student preparing to take the State of Florida Mortgage Brokers test or someone who needs to qualify as Principal Representative. The enrollment fee includes two days of classroom instruction held the day before the test. This course will give you access to the cram course which will help orientate you to the types of actual questions of the State of Florida test.

Our classroom is comfortable and quiet. The setting allows you to concentrate on the subject matter and not be interrupted by outside influences. Our instructors use state-of-the-art presentations including Power Point presentations to help you fully understand the course material. Questions are always welcome and if you need assistance before or after the course presentation, our instructors welcome your inquiries.
Our classes are held on the weekend before the 4th Tuesday of the Month. Why?... Because the State of Florida exam takes place on the 4th Tuesday of the Month. Our experience has found that students perform better on the exam if they have recently completed their classroom course. The classes are held from 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
